CARA Active Disability Service Awards – Avista win Best Health Education Programme
The CARA Active Disability Service Awards recognise and reward Disability Services around Ireland that have shown commitment to helping people with disabilities stay active and healthy.
Special Olympics Ireland nominated Avista Sport and Recreation Programme – St Vincents Centre, Dublin for the Best Health Education award as they undertook our Health Promotion Programme. We were delighted to have Carmen Martinez and athlete Bryan Daly present to accept the award.
