Connaught News: Salthill Football Blitz Day Success

An interclub football blitz day in Salthill on 28 September was a storming success featuring 41 athletes across seven teams from three clubs, with great skills and camaraderie on show throughout.

Galway Football Special Olympics Club organised the day and provided volunteers, with Sean Sidley capably running the show. 

They were delighted to host Shoot’n’Stars Special Olympics Club from Mullingar, and guests Dundrum Special Olympics Club from the Eastern region.
