Interclub table tennis action in full swing in Monaghan

On Saturday 1st March Monaghan Special Olympics Club hosted Navan Arch Club and Drogheda Special Olympics Club for a very successful interclub table tennis event at the First Monaghan Hall.  

The athletes played excellent table tennis throughout the various divisions, with great contests and camaraderie, in equal measure.

Volunteers, many from Monaghan Special Olympics Club, and organisers including Gladys, Arlene and James ensured excellent preparations and smooth running of the event, giving up their Saturday to ensure that everything from score-keeping to catering and venue management were done efficiently.
  
The three clubs enjoyed the interclub action, and they'll meet each other again at the Regional table tennis event on 31st May. 🏓
