About ALPs
The Athlete Leadership Programme (ALPs) offers current and former athletes the chance to take part in opportunities in addition to their sports training and competition.
The ALPs programme in Ulster is supported by Northern Bank.
Who can get involved?
Any athletes with an interest in taking part in different workshops and training, public speaking, volunteering and other opportunities. Athletes must be aged 16+ to participate in ALPs and work with a mentor.

ALPs Awards
The ALPs Award Scheme consists of 3 Awards - Bronze, Silver and Gold. Athletes complete different tasks including volunteering, communication and committee work.
