SPORT AND EVENT VOLUNTEERS

This years calendar of Sports events will require sports specific volunteers to plan, organise and deliver events. It is our aim to have a team of volunteers in place to help deliver training and competition in each sports programme. These teams will be made up of people with any of the following skills: coaching qualifications, sports officials, administration skills, or just someone with an interest in sport. .

OFFICE SUPPORT VOLUNTEERS

Daytime volunteers are needed to help with clerical and administration work one morning or afternoon a week, Preferably during Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday from 9am until 12pm or from 1pm until 4pm. MEDICAL VOLUNTEERS

MEDICAL volunteers needed URGENTLY. Special Olympics Leinster requires medical volunteers to assist during their 2011-2012 area events. If you are interested in getting more information on these dates and venues please contact the regional office.

CLUB VOLUNTEERS

Navan Special Olympics Club
Volunteers needed for a Local Special Olympics Club in Navan Co.Meath. Royal Rovers Special Olympics Club compete in Ladies Football and are looking for some new general volunteers to join there team. If you are interested or you know someone interested in Volunteering within your local community, whether on a weekly or monthly basis for an hour, please encourage them to get in contact with Ann-Marie Govern, Club Secretary on 046 9244407/ 087 9440835. Sport experience is not necessary and training will be provided!
